In this day and age, it is so rare to find a company who treat their employees as part of their “FAMILY”.

 

On a personal note, on behalf of myself and my entire family, I would like to thank everyone at Goldman Juda & Eskew for all of their best wishes and continued support during a very trying time in our lives.  Being a part of the Juda & Eskew family once again continues to help me on my journey to achieve my goal of 100% good health again.

Who says you can’t mix business with pleasure. It is important to maintain a positive and productive environment in the workplace. The accounting firm of Juda, Eskew & Associates in Plantation, Florida has incorporated a little fun in the workplace by hosting a once a month “fun day”.

The fun days usually consist of a contest where you have an opportunity to win prizes. Events have included, costume contests, Easter egg hunts, trivia games and scavenger hunts. Besides the once a month activities beverages are also provided to the employees daily and every Friday is bagel day. Every Christmas the employees are taken out to a great restaurant and they are surprised by free lunches and deserts sporadically.

Providing a more relaxed and enjoyable environment encourages the employees to want to work harder and be a part of a down to earth firm.  It is truly a great place to work!

Working at an accounting firm for the first time has introduced me to a whole new learning experience.  Being in the restaurant business for so many years I felt I was well versed and experienced dealing with customer service but customer care in a CPA firm is in its own class.  I feel that my customer service skills have improved even more since working for Juda, Eskew & Associates, P.A. The public is very protective of their money naturally, which is why it is so important to have excellent people skills. It is our job to make the client feel protected, important and well taken care of. I have learned more about balancing invoices, checkbooks, petty cash and a client’s personal expenses. I feel that in our accounting office the atmosphere is professional and respectful and for that reason I really enjoy working here.
