Travis Ouimet joined the firm in the summer of 2012 as an accountant and in January 2015 he was promoted to Director of Accounting Services. He is originally from Poughkeepsie, New York where he gained the majority of his professional experience. Travis has management experience working for a large action sports company where he received national recognition for both performance as well as being one of the youngest store managers in the company’s history. From his experience he has gained professional etiquette and profound customer service skills.

Travis’ manages a team that is proficient in processing the monthly accounting write-up clients, while also being a key component in client relations. He also plays a large role in training new team members on our programs and technologies. With his ongoing interest in technology he has contributed to keeping the firm up to date in Web Services as well as marketing initiatives. Aside from monthly accounting client responsibilities, Travis assists in annual audits, reviews, compilations, and agreed upon procedure engagements. With his ambition and dedication we are expecting great things from Travis for our firm going forward.

As well as a full time accountant, he also attends night classes at Florida Atlantic University in anticipation to qualify to sit for the Uniformed Certified Public Accountants Examination. Travis is also an active member in the Community Associations Institute (CAI), Accounting Students Association (ASA), and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA).

If you can’t find him at work, or in class, you can find him fishing in the Keys or Everglades National Park. After moving to Florida he has grown quite passionate about his love of fishing, surfing, or boating.

Alma Manrique

Alma Manrique joined the firm in the fall of 2015 as an accountant. She is originally from Caracas, Venezuela but moved to Florida in 1992. Alma attended Florida Atlantic University where she earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a major in Accounting in 2011. After graduating from FAU, Alma worked for Enterprise Rent A Car, where she quickly moved up the ranks. In the winter of 2014, Alma relocated to Milwaukee with a promotion as the group accounting supervisor for the state of Wisconsin. Alma’s work experience has allowed her to become well versed in financial services, business management, and customer service.

Alma also served as Treasurer for her previous Condominium Association for several years. Along with working as a full time accountant, she is currently working on her qualifications needed to sit for the Certified Public Accountants Examination. She is also a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA). Alma enjoys giving back to the community by contributing to The United Way of Broward County.

During her free time Alma likes spending time at the beach, cycling, and camping. She also loves to dance and being in the company of family and friends.

Thomas Angelos

Thomas Angelos

Thomas Angelos joined the firm in 2015 as a Staff Accountant. A true Native of Florida, he is the second generation of his large Greek family to be born and raised in Dania Beach. Growing up, he would spend days with his Father on the Seashore, or at his Father’s restaurant, and began working at the age of 16. He found a home in the Restaurant industry, working to put himself through college. Much of his attention to detail and keen eye for customer service is drawn from his numerous years working Front of the House. He genuinely enjoys working with people, and looks forward to continued growth with the firm. Thomas is still passionate about his Family and cooking, as well as the Ocean, the Environment and Mountain Biking.

During his years in College, he was educated in Multiple Disciplines including Accounting, Finance, Business Law, Engineering, Marine Science and Photography. He was an active member of The Accounting Students Association (ASA) and The FAU Student Health Organization. He was also an Active Volunteer Member of the Sierra Club, being one of the youngest members chosen to participate in Political Seminars in Washington D.C. and to become an Outings Leader. Thomas is on track to sit for the CPA exam and hopes to obtain Licensure in 2016.

Thomas works in the Accounting Services Department where he is responsible for the Accuracy of client Financial Statements. He takes pride in his work, which includes Client Communication and Customer Service, as well as Account Mediation and Federal Tax administration.

Shane White

Director of Information Technology

Read Biography

Shane White joined the firm in 2002 and is the firm’s Director of Information Technology. He is originally from Indiana but moved to Florida in 1988. Shane attended college for various disciplines including Bio-Medical Engineering, Photography and of course Information Technology. He currently holds many certifications including: Microsoft Systems Certified Engineer (MSCE), CompTIA Network+ A+ (Hardware and Networking), and RHCSA certification (Linux Redhat).

Prior to joining the firm he worked in the bio-med industry repairing and calibrating life support systems for hospitals.

Shane’s primary duties include daily maintenance, enhancements of our network and servers, and continual improvements to the customer information portals. In recent years the industry has pushed to go “green” and at every possible juncture he will evaluate the hardware and gravitate to devices that promote the “green” initiative.

When Shane is not ensuring the best possible experience for his internal and external clients he can be found playing golf, working on his lowering his handicap and he loves to fish from his boat. Shane is an advocate for animal rights and volunteers at the Humane Society of Broward County. He is also on the Board of Advisors for the Fort Lauderdale Historical Society and a member in SFTA South Florida Technology Alliance.

Pam Bishop

Pam Bishop, joined the firm in 1998, she has held numerous positions within the firm such as accounts receivable, accounts payable and is currently handling Electronic Funds Transfers for clients along with the human resource needs of our employees.

Pam is a Florida native, wife, mother of three and grandmother of two.  She loves spending time with family and enjoys traveling with her daughter, a competitive baton twirler.

Sharon Volpe

Sharon Volpe joined the firm in 2013.  As executive assistant, she is responsible for keeping the office organized, tidy and fully supplied.  She also provides all catering and set up for lunch orders for the firm, office events, and client meetings. Our firm has a high volume of mail outs for our clients on a regular basis. Sharon prepares all of the mail outs, and insures that all mail outs are sent out quickly and correctly.

Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale Florida, Sharon’s passions in life include, travel, animals, music and enjoying working with small children at hospitals and day cares on her free time.

Lorraine Bambaren

Lorraine Bambaren joined the firm in 1992 and is the Director of Accounts Payable. She was born in New York, moved with her family as a child to Puerto Rico and then to Florida in 1969.

Initially she was hired as an account payable clerk, but progressed and was promoted to Director of Accounts Payable in 1997. She has assisted in the firm’s transition from handwritten checks to computer generated checks and now to electronic and on-line vendor payments.

As the Director of Accounts Payable, she is responsible for cash flow management, scheduling, client relations, courier arrangements, budget compliance and insuring a cohesive work flow. Lorraine and her team work as liaisons amongst the firm’s accountants, board members, managers and vendors in providing superior accounts payable services. Lorraine stays current with the payroll and banking requirements. In addition, she plays an integral role in training new hires not only for her department duties but also for esteemed customer service. She has proven to be a team player assisting in many aspects of office functions when needed. During the years she has assisted in providing ideas to better improve her department and was an advocate of the paperless office policies. With her overall knowledge of the firm operations and long term commitment, Lorraine plays an essential part of the firm’s future.

When not servicing the needs of clients, Lorraine is spending time with her daughter, cooking, going to the movies or relaxing at the beach.

Lorraine Senatti joined the firm in the summer of 2005 after relocating to Florida from Queens, New York. Within the accounts payable department her role is to provide each department with all the financial support required for our clients.  Such duties include, processing checks, initiating transfers and recording deposits.

Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Lorraine made a career change after 10 years in the teaching field to the business world.  She spent 5 years in a New York based company where she acquired customer service, clerical and accounts payable skills.

Lorraine is a wife and mother of one son and two dogs. She enjoys traveling, shopping and spending time with her family near and far.

 Peter Mrozik

Peter Mrozik joined the firm in 2014 in the Accounts Payable department. Born and raised in Poland, Peter moved to the United States with his parents and brother in 2000 and lived in New York for 14 years before moving to Florida. Peter has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design but decided to pursue a career in Accounting.

In the Accounts Payable department, Peter’s primary duties are processing checks and keeping bank accounts updated by entering payments, transfers, and deposits. While working in the Accounts Payable department, Peter is working towards a degree in Accounting and continues to learn more about Accounting by working in the field.

Outside of work, Peter enjoys video games, TV shows, music, and attending concerts.

Jennie Hicks joined the firm in 2004 and is the Director of Accounts Receivable. She is originally from Connecticut and moved to Florida over 20 years ago. Initially she was hired as a general office clerical assistant but quickly learned the operations of a variety of departments including customer relations, accounts receivables, accounts payables, legal collections, estoppels and technical support.

In 2009 she was promoted to Director of Accounts Receivable, where she and her team are responsible for overseeing all manual and lockbox deposits, remote image deposits, generating bank reports, new client set-up, maintaining, updating accounts receivable account ledgers, owner database maintenance and customer service. In addition, she plays an integral role in training new hires not only for her department but for the general clerical positions as well. She is extremely detailed oriented and is always willing to lend a helping hand. With her overall knowledge of the firm operations, admirable organizational and training abilities, Jennie plays an integral part of the firm’s management.

When Jennie is not at work she deeply enjoys raising her growing family. She has fun taking family trips including camping, boating, the beach, theme parks and whatever other adventures come their way.

Liz Alonso joined the firm in 2014 as a customer service representative.  Originally from Bronx, New York she moved to Florida in 1972.  She is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.

Liz has two children and five grandchildren (four boys and one girl). She loves her job, coworkers and especially her family.

Ana Curci

Ana Curci

Read Biography

Ana Curci joined the firm in 2014 in the Accounts Receivable Department. Ana was born in the Dominican Republic. She also lived in Puerto Rico, New York, and moved to Florida in 1993.

Ana is a mother of a grown son with autism. Her life-long most rewarding mission.

In her spare time Ana loves dancing, listening to music, movies, collecting coins and currency, and reading about the wonders and mysteries of autism.

JoAnne Mazza

JoAnne Mazza

Joanne Mazza joined the firm in 2013 as an Accounts Specialist in the Client Services Department.  She comes to us with over 20 years of experience in both condominium association and property management.  Joanne’s greatest achievement as an Assistant Property Manager for a large Association, was having successfully collected a $2.7 million special assessment for a major roof replacement project.

Joanne has served as an active board member on her own association since 1998, overseeing the accounts receivable activity.  She has proven herself to be a hard working team player and is always willing to lend a helping hand.

A native New Yorker, born and raised in Queens, she moved to South Florida over 30 years ago.  Joanne has two children and enjoys spending time with her three grandchildren. She especially loves traveling; also reading, cooking, and working out on a regular basis.
